A New England style home in Del Ray gets reimagined to become a multi-generational home with an internal ADU.  This home received a large addition and full renovation to accommodate a growing family.

 

Project Scope | 3,200sf 

Basement: Guest suite renovation and all new utilities.

First Level: Expanded main kitchen, Accessory Dwelling Unit addition housing a primary suite, living space and a kitchen.  All other spaces fully renovated

Second Level: Added primary suite and two offices over ADU footprint.
